Genesis is arguably the most successful band of the 1980’s. Launching massive solo careers for all its members and spawning over 100 hit singles, the influence of the band was undeniable. With so many songs, it might seem insurmountable to perform all of them.
Enter Band of Confusion.
The ‘Genesis’ of Band of Confusion is the formation of a different band, a tribute to Phil Collins, in 2018 in Dallas, Texas. After performing the first couple of years as a 5 piece they soon expanded the line-up, adding a 3-piece horn section (Affectionately referred to as ‘Horns of Confusion’). Ever since, they have worked to faithfully recreate the music of Genesis, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel & Mike+The Mechanics!
Band of Confusion is THE most comprehensive and accurate tribute to the music of Genesis and all its legendary members.

Artemus started his career at a very early age playing drums for various progressive rock bands in his teens. He discovered the music of Phil Collins and Genesis, which inspired him to sing as well!
Along with being the Phil Collins of Band of Confusion, Artemus is also the drummer for Wild Boys (Duran Duran tribute) and late night social scene (21st Century Indie Tribute). He is also the former lead singer of The Force (Police Tribute band).

Giovanni Riggins got his start with Band of Confusion in an unlikely way. In 2018, Gio met Artemus at a Thin White Dukes (David Bowie tribute) show and a simple conversation and a mutual love for Genesis led to the formation of a Phil Collins tribute band.
When not performing as Peter Gabriel and Tony Banks, Gio can be seen playing with 1999: The Legacy of Prince
